Nice shot Dave  All that's missing is something grey with guns on afloat beneath it ;)

Funny you should say that Dave, I did have the Bismarck & a couple of escorts set up via AICarriers a couple of miles away. I thought I'd grabbed some screenshots with them below but for some reason they didn't save. :dunno:

:-O

You only need one escort Dave.. Prinz Eugen ;)

I wheel her out every now and again (with a couple of escorts to make up the numbers). Not got any Stringbags installed at the moment :worried:

Don't think I've got a Prinz Eugen, I'll have to check *-)

I'd love to try a Rift. Maybe when the consumer version is released I may treat myself if the cost & PC specs aren't prohibitive. :cpu:

No problemo

Prinz Eugen has an interesting history as well as being a fine looking ship. It survived the war and surrendered to the RN. The Brits gave it to the Americans as a form of war reparation whereupon it became USS Prinz Eugen :-O The Americans didn't really want it but they didn't want the Russians to have it either so they accepted it  When the part German crew finally returned to Germany, the USN had difficulty keeing the engines running and it ended up being in not one but two atomic bomb blast tests.. both of which it survived!! However.. a minor leak (probably caused by one or both of the atomic explosions) went unrepaired due to the hull being highly radio active and the ship finally turned over while the USN was trying to beach it. The ships bell survives as does one of the props which was later salvaged. Not sure if it glows in the dark mind :worried:
