Funny you should say that Dave, I did have the Bismarck & a couple of escorts set up via AICarriers a couple of miles away. I thought I'd grabbed some screenshots with them below but for some reason they didn't save.
I have been having a lot of fun recently with the Stringbag again now I am soley flying P3D with the Oculus Rift. Its fun to be able to lean out over the side!
Prinz Eugen has an interesting history as well as being a fine looking ship. It survived the war and surrendered to the RN. The Brits gave it to the Americans as a form of war reparation whereupon it became USS Prinz Eugen The Americans didn't really want it but they didn't want the Russians to have it either so they accepted it When the part German crew finally returned to Germany, the USN had difficulty keeing the engines running and it ended up being in not one but two atomic bomb blast tests.. both of which it survived!! However.. a minor leak (probably caused by one or both of the atomic explosions) went unrepaired due to the hull being highly radio active and the ship finally turned over while the USN was trying to beach it. The ships bell survives as does one of the props which was later salvaged. Not sure if it glows in the dark mind
