Pilot and crew were probably looking at redundancy, but are potentially even less attractive to other employers now.

There's a couple of other clips of this on youtube and they did overfly the whole terminal at very low altitude. Can't help but think of Tom Cruise; "Goose, it's time to buzz the tower". They weren't flying an A330 full of pax though :worried:

On top of that they can be fired for misconduct rather than getting what ever settlement is offered.
