Well, Dave

From my past experiences visiting Caribbean many many times, it always rained at every noon for one hour :)

I am reminded of the Rain God tale within the Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy, hilarious.

Alex...oh, my fading memory....I had to look it up! :$
But I do remember my father accidentally standing on my fingers when I was a toddler, crawling round his workshop floor.
Maybe there wasn't enough pain in the book; too many laughs!

Do you mean "Quasi Supernormal Incremental Precipitation Inducer."?
I also had to look it up...its a long time ago that it was first aired on radio in the late '70's....
