The model was always 'pushed' a bit on the release FD. The brakes were pony and you needed a runway the size of Heathrow 27R to get off the deck with any sort of bomb load. It was and remains a pig to see out of.. you have to make a very shallow approach otherwise the runway goes out of view. There must be more but I can't think of them off the top of my head

Despite all this.. I still like the model. I guess you have to like He 111's
I just looked at the cfg re exhaust smoke and these are connected to lights too. Exhaust smoke is present for both engines

I've remmed out the 'contrail's'
EDIT: Just downloaded and tried the revised airfile and config. They've certainly improved low speed handling, takeoff and landing. I think the eyepoint has been changed too. Open the throttles and she seems to move off a bit quick (a fair bit quicker than before) and it will now unstick with little or no input. Brakes are still pony

All in all.. a keeper me thinks
