Vista Home premium. Internal Hard drive new yesterday. Other programmes on it working OK. Running Revo Uninstaller at moment to see if I can find any bits left from a year ago. Will try again after that.

Thanks again.

By the way FS9 works a dream on this new motherboard etc. All maxed out.

Silly question....are you trying to install as Administrator...?

Or is the UAC (User Account Control) turned off...?

Got it loaded. Revo turnwed up a few bits and pices that even Registry nSmart hadn't got rid of.

Thanks everybody for ideas. Let you know how it goes when I have a chance to use it.

Okay so far. Put both patches in. Getting between 14-30 fps with real weather.
