EXACTLY ;-) I see little difference to be honest mate. Your's have a slightly bluer tint (on my monitor) but without flying at exactly the same time of day.. it's almost akin to asking how long a piece of string is
Still.. very nice Tony

The colours do look a bit too saturated there, Tony. Try turning the visibility down. 10-15 miles would be about right for Hong Kong most days. That oughta fix it!
The only thing I don't like about the Fly Tampa Kai Tak is the sparsity of shipping in the harbour, but I can't see anyway they could have got the requisite density of shipping without it becoming a slideshow! Maybe I'll see if I can make a traffic file to route some through there....

Spot on, Skippy (as usual!) The thing about the harbour is the amount of traffic it carries. The AI ships in FlyTampa are very basic and don't stand up to close inspection which is how they get away with having them at all. It would be great to see more, but as you say it would put a strain on the otherwise excellent frame rates. Let us know how you get on!
Seeing as everyone's posting screenshots, here's one from a different viewpoint. This is my background wallpaper at the mo. The aircraft is AI hence not top quality.
Tony - I think maybe you took the 'checkerboard approach' thing too literally? The idea is to miss it - it's not the same technique as a dartboard
Not so funny about the Vistaliners site. I was just going to go and download the Tristar! Perhaps Erick will be along soon and put us out of our misery :-(
