Yes, made a loss on the first leg but hopefully made it up on the second.

No worries Simon. Picking up a brand new aircraft is always going to be dodgy regarding profit. I picked the other new T3 up from CDG - ZR - (which isn't particularly cheap anyway at 1.57lr) and knowing I wasn't going to be able to spend time building the fuel up.. I tanked up there so I could leave it ready to use at LHR (5558kg onboard). Broke my heart as it's the first loss making flight I've made in over 2100 but hey.. needs must on occassion and this was such an occassion ;-)
