Yes, this seems likely but the dates still do not work for the LN-OAT reg to be used on another aircraft sent to Norway for Vingtor if the reason this one never went was because they ceased trading. It would seem the Halifax was painted red BEFORE Eagle had it - so prehaps this is where the colour for their future paints came from -- As to the RAF building the Panniers for the Halifax??
