Slow loading after SP1 update for FSX
Hi all
Having applied SP1 update, FSX now takes significantly longer to load up for a flight than pre SP1. I have done all the usual, de-fragged the drive before & after update but it seems to take an eternity.
Has anyone else experienced similar probs?
Mainly affects my son aged 12 who likes FSX, I tend to fly in FS9 as I tend to fly some of the classics from CBFS there and some of the detailed british airports from JF.
Thanks

The easiest way is to just use the windows search function to look for it, however if you want to go digging it's usually located in C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\Application Data\Microsoft\FSXChristhekeeper wrote:Excuse ignorance guys but where do I find the fsx.cfg file, I can't seem to locate it!!![]()
I can find a Config folder with 21 files in it.
Thanks
