Wow - congratulations on your fantastic 1-11 guys! This is the first non-glass jet airliner I've actually been able to fly properly as it's rock stable. I've parted with cool hard cash for aircraft that your 1-11 leaves for dead.
I created the British add-on soundset for the LDS 767, if you ever fancy adding in some crew voice functionality into this, let me know, I've a fully kitted out recording studio.
One quick question - is there a groundspeed guage in the 1-11? I find myself taxying, er, a bit too fast!

No there isn't a GS gauge but you can add this one if you like GAUGE
It will warn you when your GS reaches 20kts and is handy for not getting knicked on FlyNET

Hi Ben and welcome, one way to maintain your speed would be to activate the auto-throttle and then select speed hold whilst taxying at say 20kts. Just remember to disconnect before coming up to a turn, :shock: bit of a pain but one wy to ensure that you do not exceed the speed limit!!
Think the crew voice functionality you mentioned sounds an interesting feature, in what sort of format does this take?

Thanks guys, I'll give your suggestions a go.
Nigel - as you might be aware, the LDS 767 has a very snazzy crew voice set, which is coded into the gauges. This includes voices for cabin crew, F/O, Captain and ground crew. It's interactive, so if you leave the packs on too hot or cold the hosties ding the flightdeck and moan at you, you can ask the ground crew for pushback, connection of ground services etc, and there are F/O callouts for v1, rotate, gear up etc. The Captain has announcements to the passengers at top of climb and top of descent.
There are several standard sets with the 767 in different accents, US, English, etc. I recorded a new British set, using professional voice actors with added sound FX. It's on avsim.
This kind of thing would require some major coding into gauges to achieve, but imagine a BAC 1-11 vintage British set with some plummy Brylcreem boy ex-RAF Captain and a fine English filly doing the CC announcements? Fab!
