Bubble Sextant for FS9 querie
Didn't really know which forum to post this is as its a bit of a mixed question.
I've got Dave Bitzer and Mark Beaumont's Bubble Sextant for FS9, and I'm trying to print out the manual. Trouble is, it leaves out about 10 characters or so down the right hand side of the page. I've tried altering the margin sizes but to no avail. The only way I can get the whole width of the text to print is by printing in landscape orientation.
Has anyone else had the same problem ? Could it be my printer, or the fact that the manual is in html ? Does anyone know if there is a pdf version of the manual ?
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

Dave, I looked for that, couldn't find it, and then started clicking everything in my usual scatter-gun something's got to work method of resolving computer problems...and its sorted. The only thing I can recall doing that I didn't do before starting this thread was adjust the percentage size of Print Preview from 75% to 100% and on doing that, I noticed that everything was in view. And it translated to a successful print, though I can't really see why.
Honestly, there are some days when I wonder who's the boss round here. Am I operating this thing or is it operating me ??
Thanks for your time and help anyway.

A have a cased and working Bubble Sextant...A gift from Nobby West. What a fascinating instrument it is with the clockwork averaging mechanism. I have taken a few shots with it too...reasonably accurate. I used the balcony in my Dartmouth flat, which had a good sky view

No...Mine is a lovely old WWII bubble sextant...The AM BUBBLE SEXTANT MK IXA...I do also have a more modern Nautical Sextant and have navigated across the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans in yachts, using it. On the Atlantic we had no other means of navigation but by the time I crossed the Pacific everybody had GPSPaul K wrote:Peter, do you find it handy in keeping your Dartmouth flat on course?![]()
