I know Dave, I'm just jealous, because I'm only a "could-have-been-an-ex-DN".... :sad:

Now I'm just an "ex-freebie".....

But my ancestors remain Danish Navy all the way back to where no-one remembers anymore....

Actually two are under construction right now...."Daring" and "Dauntless" (or so he says on the T42 video)

If you travel along the A27 around Portmouth at any time, just look north and on the top of the hill there you can see what the supersctructure of the T45 looks like!

They seem to have forgotten the hull, but all the rest if perched up there for all to see. Presumably it's a test structure for that monstrous radar mast they have abaft the bridge. I'm sure if the engines fail thay can sail quite well using that.........
