I would have thought the TV has a native res and you need to set the PC to whatever it is.

Looking at the LG site, 1366x786 seems to be the res you want.

My 26" Beko (crap for TV, but great for the PC  ) has an auto adjust for the PC. I would expect yours to have a similar function. It's essential to get the display non-blurry.

And as CB said, ensure the desktop resolution is set to the native panel resolution.

Are you sure you set it to 1366x786?

The TV out did it auto to that res, but i could change it for the lower setting!!! it was just like having FS normally on the next resolution down to the max you have. Im going to try again maybe later today

EDIT: Have tried a duel screen approach (after advice) and used the TV as a secondry and it works!!! kinda funny but does work!!!
