I have done a search on the forum for a topic on this, but have not been able to find one. Anyway, I was wondering if anybody has a CH throttle quadrant and has tried using it with the Viscount? I can only get 2 throttles mapped, but am having trouble mapping four. Any ideas? I have gone through FSUIPC way already, but cannot find an answer. Any input would be appreciated

Glad you found it because I'm not sure how to explain it other than map each lever that you want to be a throttle to the corresponding "ThrottleX" command in FSUIPC using the "Map Direct to FSUIPC" or whatever it is function instead of mapping it as a FS Function. I only use the default FS Axis for the ailerons, elevator, and rudder. Everything else on any of my airplanes is mapped direct via FSUIPC. This also has the positive side effect of allowing you to map your throttle for each individual airplane you fly so you don't have to do any reprogramming to switch from a Viscount to a DC-3 or BAC 1-11.

For some reason the "channels" for throttle 3 and 4 were no showing up. I did a re-scan, and whala! Thanks for the advice though.

That happens occasionally to me as well. I usually end up clearning all the ignored axis (just to be sure that they're all being watched) and then rebuild the FSUIPC profile for that plane from scratch and it shows up. There have been a couple of times where I didn't realize I'd assigned conflicting assignments to the same channel and once that was cleared, I was able to setup for proper operation.
I also found out that a spare set of knobs (4 black, 2 red, 2 blue) for the quadrant is only US$18.00 with shipping, so I ordered that today. That'll allow me to have some more flexibility in how I assign the axis on the throttle for different airplanes so that will be interesting to try out some of the other ways of setting up the quadrant as well now.
