Onwards and Upwards!!!!!!!!

Jetty!
If God had of meant us to fly, he would have given us wings! He did, it's called an aeroplane!

The last update to their website was in 2005, so it doesn't look very promising

Garry..
PILOT's were advertising it as their next project when they released the Boeing Clipper for FS2002. They continued to advertise it when the 2004 Clipper update came out and as 146 has shown.. it was still being pushed at some point in 2005. I remember commenting that the CaptSim C130 was quite a quick release by comparison and that, sadly, still appears to be the case

I remember the "PILOTS" L1011 programme first released for FS98/2000 .... in fact I still have it boxed away/mothballed somewhere.
Whilst I understand/appreciate the enormous amount of work which goes into putting one of these programmes together, none of the "PILOTS" products (with exception of their Airbus release of the same vintage) ever found favour with me .... the L1011 programme included.
Even if this supposedly newer version never comes out I don't think you'll be missing anything .... to be brutally honest .... but .... that's just my personal oppinion based on 3 or 4 "PILOTS" releases for past FS versions.

I know you think you understand what you thought I said but what you thought you heard is not what I meant !
They do seem to take an inordinately long time at Pilots to respond to users issues, let alone bringing out something new.
I'm a big fan of the B314, and the Pilots' version is pretty much the definitive version, even if only for the superb scenery add-ons that are included with the aircraft. But there was a glaring fault with the scenery of Foynes on the Shannon when you installed it in FS9.
It's taken them almost until the release of FSX before they sorted the problem! Quick they aren't....
Are there any other freeware Tri-Stars out there, other than Mike Stone's version? That one has something seriously wrong with the shape of the S duct to the #2 engine, no matter what direction you look from, it's just not right.
