I know its a converted DC-4.. but it was done by a UK company!

Yes 21 DC4's were converted by Sir Freddie Lakers Aviation Traders company (which still exists in some form) for the then burgeoning cross-channel car ferry routes.

There's another one here thats been out some time, which I prefer, but then I'm biased. :lol:
