John has been kind enough to set up some more 1-11 500 routes.
The new routes are mainly shorter routes & domestic connections as flown by the BEA/BA Super 1-11s.
Also includes some German domestic routes, based at Berlin Templehof.
The new BEA/BA 1-11 510ED panel & VC is now available from my website as well. http://www.dmflightsim.co.uk
A few of the unused CBFS 500 fleet have been re-registered to be 510ED aircraft instead. Balances out the numbers a bit better.
There are now six 510ED registrations among the 500 fleet.

Tks David. This is good news
I (mistakenly) brought 4 Vanguards back from Europe some time ago and I've been pondering the wisdom of doing so for weeks. While they may not have been used as extensively as the 1-11's on internal (European) routes.. perhaps it would have been better for me to have left them 'in situ'. Problem is of course, ALL routes have been extended since then so what looked a good idea at the time is now obviously not so
Regardless.. it will be nice to be able to take an aircraft over (especially one on comparatively low hours remaining) and use it for A to B then pick up another aircraft at a European hub
Good thinking by all concerned

Hi Dave,
The routes are based out of Berlin but not the aircraft, yet. If it demands, then we can put one out there, but for the time being the way to get to the routes is take your own aircraft from EGLL. At least that way, you can stay there for a while to 'explore' the routes and then come back when finished safe in the knowledge no-one will use the aircraft whilst you are over there with it.

Sorry Dave, 'based' wasn't the best word to use.
John, can we have a link to Berlin from Manchester as well?
And do you think we should make Heathrow a base for the 500 too?
There are about 30 routes from EGLL for the 500.
<edit>
John, what about also setting up new 1-11 routes to EGBB from the following airports?
EGKK - 500 series
EGSS - 400 & 500 series
EGGW - 200 & 500 series
At the moment certain aircraft are kind of stuck on the Gatwick / Stanstead / Luton line. You have to do a 1400 nm round trip to reposition at Brum, Manchester or Heathrow.
What do you reckon?

There is a similar 'get stuck' route for the Vanguard out of LHR too. I can't remember off the top of my head which one it is but it's certainly to a German destination. The only way back is via Manchester.. (ah.. checked in my logbook.. LHR to Frankfurt..)
