A good first place to start would be MAIW (http://www.militaryaiworks.com/), the packages released so far are mainly USAF, but there is a nice Typhoon in the pipeline and rumours of others, including an RAF Phantom.

Don't forget the Fernando Martinez Tornados recently released at ProjectAI, you can get a shedload of repaints at Graham Kings site (http://www.graham-king.me.uk/). Lot's of other interesting AI repaints here as well.

There was an HS 748 released by Dee Waldron, I'm sure that somebody did RAE schemes for it.

Hope that helps a little.
