Vampire flight

Post by Tom Everitt AFG »

Hi All,

Made my first flight in one of the jets over last weekend and flew up to Leuchars airshow in the Vampire. What a cool little machine she is too!

I'll try and post some more pics when I get them, but for now heres one of me and Jon looking decidedly cheesy:

And having fun through the Lake District:

We must have been the youngest Vampire crew for some time!

(A very lucky) Tom.

Just the thing if you want to pop out for a quick bite

So which one are you  ..I think I can guess but will you admit it?

No probs Tom, thought I'd ask since you often seem to fly a couple of a/c in formation... then again, you are usually the photographer!

Hi James,

Yes, i'll be there! Pleased to say that Sheffield has been by far the most popular venue we have flown from so far. I suspect because the north is fairly aviation starved. Just hope the weather is reasonable!

Dave - we need a new chief engineer. You any good at mending broken things?

Tom.
