FRAPS freeware replacement?

Trawling a freeware site for something tonght and I came across this:

Taksi is open source and free. It is still in Beta but might be worth giving it a try.

Saw your post and tried it out, the screen shot part......

This is the second end result, edited to jpeg from bmp, no other changes.

You might want to reduce this to max 800x600

i did think that but to show you just how the screen shot comes out i left it like so....I have no other idea on how to thumbnail either.
