A380 heads up!

Post by fournier »

Just seen on the news that this Thursday, an A380 will be making a low level flypast over Filton prior to making it's first landing at Heathrow!
I have become, comfortably numb.

BA and Air France were discussing a merger at one point to keep the concorde flying for another 20 years. But it didn't happen, and BA wouldn't sell.

Interestingly, BA still own their Concordes, but expect underfunded museums to pay for the upkeep. In my book, that's not on. :tuttut:

If God had of meant us to fly, he would have given us wings! He did, it's called an aeroplane!
