The weak spot is the 8GB graphics card. You’d be much better off with 12GB (or more) even if that meant going for the i7. Basically an i7 with a 12GB graphics card will be better than an i9 with an 8 GB graphics card.

The 8Gb VRAM would be my concern too. As Ben says, 12Gb is the minimum. The rest of the spec looks good though.

Totally agree with Ben and Paul. Put your money into a GPU with at least 12GB vram. In theory you can get away with an i7 cpu as more of the CPU load is now multi-threaded and much more is done at their end in MSFS2024.
