I read in the news yesterday that "Australian Olympians returning from the Tokyo 2020 games have been criticized over "excessive alcohol consumption" and "loud and disruptive" behavior on their flight home." involving both "Both Football Australia and Rugby Australia"

The question I have is how is this news? Its a bit like complaining that cows moo.
