What!? Apart from freshly squeezed lemon juice, malt vinegar is the only thing for fish & chips.
I think that Mrs Fly Texas needs vinegar therapy.

To be honest, I can't remember when I last ordered a piece of fish at the chippy. My 'go to' favourite is battered cod roe, chips, plenty of salt and vinegar and curry sauce Oh, and chip butties are a must!
