Before they cut the power....
Hi All,
Maybe not long before the North Korea/USA situation escalates.
Australia apparently will stand by its ally in its time of need.
This could easily prompt the Chinese, who I think control most electricity Downunder, to upset the apple cart by switching us off.
This would be their way of standing by NK.
So before the power goes, does anyone have any black humour they'd like to share?

Enjoy glorious socialist marching. Soon to be coming to an oppressed capitalist town near you.

Will France do the same after Brexit I wonder? Cut the electricity that is....also stop the new Nuclear Power station in conjunction with the Chinese?

Mike, can you not set Mrs. Airspeed to a bicycle-powered generator whilst you surf the web ? Seems the logical solution.

Re: Before they cut the power....
Well, that was lovely!
Thanks for the responses.
I think some of those officers got medals for being strong enough to carry all the other medals.
Funny how their flag was flying artistically without actually moving; you'd think there'd be plenty of wind from all those moving people.
Pedal power?

Hi Mike,
I first saw a story about this group during a previous crisis. The Moranbong Band are North Korean superstars.
https://youtu.be/pEwrMlEdHtk
This is worth watching all the way through especially from the start of the background video of the missile launch. Note the seasonal stage decoration and the audience reactions. Just in case you don't believe how the video ends (to great applause) they do a reprise.

If you mean the audience participation Nigel, I'm sure you're right.
