Will it beat David Maltby's offering? Probably not.

But who knows? Maybe after the DC-3, Connie, DC-6, Viscount, DC-8, and the more recent F-27 which--according to an actual F-27 pilot--apparently does not beat Fraser's F-27, JustFlight might be producing a winner.

What I'm saying is, take your time JustFlight, take your time. Do the research, get the feedback from the experts, and put systems/flight dynamics accuracy before anything else. There's a reason why LDS's 767 has outsold CS's 767 so well.

To be honest 748.. I've had enough of new releases be it from JF or anyone else. I can't see me parting with any dosh for the JF 1-11 as I still get as much as I want out of a 1-11 with DM's model. I bought the JF Comet, Viscount, DC6 and Connie and I don't fly any of them so who's the fool!! I bought the Milviz P38-L when it came out and it ran like a sack of frogs before a SP fixed it. I dived in to the JF Tornado and that still runs like a 3-legged pig despite SP1. The JF Canberra was similarly lacking until SP's/hotfixes got it sorted. Best plan is to bite your tongue and lock your plastic up for 12months and wait until they all appear in a sale (which is when I got the Comet, Viscount and Connie.. might have paid full chat for the DC6!!)

I completely agree with you there, I wasn't planning on getting it. I'm very selective about my payware.

Plus, much like DM's BAC 1-11, there are better alternatives to many of JF's classics. Manfred Jahn's Connie has switch sounds, a basic Crew Simulation, an almost fully functional F/E Panel, VC Rain (Which works even in FSX), functional superchargers, and is a free ware.
