Hi,
Does anybody know if the above works with Acceleration?
It did with FSX SP2 - but after reinstalling FSX Accell after another disc crash I found that the VC 10 doesn't even show up in "Free Flight" so can't be used. I've been meaning to sort this out for ages ... Which is a pity as I really enjoyed flying this big Silver Bird.
Thanks is advance, Guys
Cheers

Hi John
I can confirm the VC10 works exactly with ACC as it did with SP1/SP2. Are you sure you have all the necessary bits in the right place??

Hi John
and welcome to the forum.
I've used the 10 in FSX-A without problem, so it does work.
Have you installed all the packs, including the panels? Aircraft won't show up in FSX if they don't have a valid panel.
edit: beat me to it!

Gents,
Thanks for prompt replies. I'm SO glad the 10 works in Acc and to that aim will have another go tomorrow, as SWIMBO is in bed
Good tips about the panels, never even gave that a thought DOH!
Cheers for now

Hi Dave’s,
After few minutes hacking I now have a fully functional VC10. The panels were the problem, as you guys suggested. After being trooped many times in these Birds, when in the RAF, It's nice to see what the two drivers were doing. As they say "Those were the days"!
Thanks very much guys.

Additionally, if you're so inclined, all the Maltby planes work great in FSX gold + DX10.
