Apparently, Steam updates at 1300 EST each day, which is 1800 in the UK. Might be worth looking after that time.

Seems add-on files (.dll's) are a problem at present; still using original game engine (therefore no multiple core processing), its not cloud based (whale of a download) and everyone is drooling over the price :)

I still have my FSX cd from way back somewhere around here ....

I have no opinion. But there are people out there who achieved doctorates since FSX was released.
