Nice one Noddy

Every time I look at the Bucc, I wonder how they arrived at that shape. It has more curves than a politicians speech

All to do with Dr Richard Whitcombe and the area rule, and the development of boundary layer blowing
aka BLC, (keeping the ducts airtight was a pain!) allowed flying surfaces to be reduced in area.

Great pic Noddy.

A few final things to sort out and we'll have somewhere for her to land at sea very soon.

You'll just have to swop the 'H' to a 'V' to keep it authentic :)

Cheers,

Fraser
