HMS Victorious circa 1960

Post by SkippyBing »

Can now be acquired via a link on our forum http://z13.invisionfree.com/Flying_Stat ... wtopic=376 until we get a proper page sorted out and everything. Includes some Daring class escorts (the 1950s version not the new one) and a Whirlwind plane guard. You'll need the RFN Gauge to get the landing sight to work, link in the read me, and she works in P3D although you'll want to turn the wakes off if you use 3D waves.

A question for all who've downloaded this excellent model..

Is anyone seeing the 'flying' lights on Victorious.. that is either the red/green bridge out of config lights or the FLOLS lights. I appreciate the RFN4.1 gauge has to be downloaded and installed in order to see the FLOLS lights but having done that, I'm still not seeing them.

FSX or P3Dv2 will do.. just curious as I know I'm not alone *-)

Dave,

You don't need the RFN_Gauge to see them, just to have them move correctly. I've linked an older MDL over at our forum which might fix the problem, I think I experienced it on my FSX install and when I used an older MDL it seemed to go away. I've recompiled the model and that now seems to be working in FSX again so I'm not 100% sure what's going on.

Great news Skip. I'm out and about at the moment, but I'll give it a go this evening.
