Britsim OK?
Does anyone know of Britsim being attacked again? Last night (~12 hrs ago) my usual bookmark link gave me "can't find server' and this morning I get "Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL."

Re: Britsim OK?
I forgot to pay the hosting bill (yes, I'm really that stupid) and they suspended the account last night.
All paid up this morning, may be taking a while longer to get the SQL back than it did the file server. I'll check again tomorrow night after work.
Have now set up a direct debit so I can't be a numptie again...

To be fair, though, you've had a fair bit on your mind lately preparing for interviews and tests, so I think you can be forgiven for letting something slip!
Congratulations, by the way!
Best,

Thanks Myles, yes, I have been somewhat distracted.
Worth it in the end though, still smiling!

Nope not yet for me, of course it could still be at the terminal waiting to get across the Atlantic.

I think you may find that Britsim is on your side of the pond mate. It's not back here in the West Midlands yet either but give it a day or so and it should be fine
