Post by dodger »

Hi,

I used 9 Dragons Kai Tak Hong Kong in F9 and now i am using FSX i don't think it will work in it but i see there is a Payware Hong Kong made by Fly Tampa for FSX,

I have never had Fly Tampa scenery before so can anyone give me a HU for it that may be using it,

Thanks

Roger.

Fly Tampa HK is very probably the best scenery you can get for HK mate. You will not be disappointed ;)

Hi Roger. I used 9 Dragons in FS9 but then moved to Fly Tampa in FS9 then FSX. As Dave says - you won't find anything better for Hong Kong. I visited Kai Tak many times and did a few jump seat landings on Rwy 13 and it really does feel authentic.

I do visit it in the sim regularly for practise and often post screenshots. This was my last attempt:

I just remembered that I did a couple of videos of landings at Fly Tampa's HKG.

FS9 with my custom AI: http://youtu.be/76OADiD9IhM

FSX with Fly Tampa static aircraft: http://youtu.be/T_Ps5jTS2lc

The screenshots in the previous post are P3D. The scenery looks just as good in all of them!
