Funnily enough, I've just used it at my cadet Squadron tonight to get our FSX "Tweaked".

The one I use is FSPS FSX Extreme:

As usual, there are forums talking about this and other boosters. Some say it's a waste of money, others like it.

In an attempt to confuse things even more...

I use Kosta's tuning guide here: http://kostasfsworld.wordpress.com/fsx- ... are-guide/

It combines a few simple config tweaks with some advanced settings in Nvidia Inspector and takes about 10 mins to set up. I tested it against the Venetubo config but dropped 5 FPS.
