Shipping

Post by PaulC »

Hello All,

I've never ventured into ships in FSX before, I've really just looked at the little boats as I've popped over the coast but now I have a Buccaneer and a Nimrod to play with, I want to go ship hunting.

The Flying Stations Bucc has a working radar but there are about 4 big ships round the UK that I can see.

Is there an easy way to get more ships floating around the North Sea and above Scotland for example?

Cheers chaps,

Paul

I take it you'd like to put something with a deck to land on? Let me know where you'd like her to sail and I'll get you something together ;)

Thank you very much for the offer, something to land on? Well yes, that'd be nice! I'd still miss though!!

I'd quite like some different random Naval ships tootling around the north of Scotland between Norway and the Faroes to represent Soviet vessels testing the defences. Not necessarily going anywhere in particular but moving about in that area.

Does that make sense?

It does indeed, unfortunately I don't have anything Soviet at the moment. What I can do is package up what I've got with some instructions to give you a feel for what can be done and then we can work on some soviet stuff over the next few weeks if that would be any use?

Hi Mike,

ATM he's just using the traffic and shipping that I sent him. They are all bespoke routes for specific ships ;)
