C-Stoff
Methanol - check, knock on the door of any CART or drag racing team in the US :)
Hydrazine hydrate - check (260,000 tons are manufactured annually)
Water - easy, check.
Catalyst 431 - (potassium cyanide) might be a little tricky but no impossible, check.

T-Stoff
Stabilisers: phosphoric acid, sodium phosphate, 8-oxyquinoline - not too difficult, get the assistance of any year 12 school chemistry student. check
Hydrogen peroxide - any hairdressers in Essex, check.

Now you're good to go.

I've read of an instance where the fuel tank ruptured and the pilot was literally melted in his seat by the fuel. :-O

Eric Brown on his post war powered test flight (sit through advert first ) - http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x3zdan ... komet_tech

He undertook the only powered flight by the British in Germany in May 1945, the German ground crew very willing to help were scared if something happened they would be blamed so Eric got a disclaimer written taking away any blame if it should and stated they were acting under his orders.
