Damp wet Leuchars 2011

Hi folks,

Sorry, not been around much, real world getting in the way big time & meaning I'm lucky if I get a chance to pop in here any more than once a fortnight

Anyway, in a rare window of free time these days I managed to get down to the annual airshow at RAF Leuchars two weeks ago & thought I'd post a few images. The show was a bit of a wash out for me photo wise. Weather was changeable to say the least. Not much Classic Brittish made it up at all because of the weather, apart from the Vulcan, a Vampire and a Venom. Rain forced me to take cover so didn't get any decent shots of them two and none of the Vulcan shots were worth showing at all.

They displayed at the Great North Run last week in which Emma Egging was taking part wearing the number Red 4.
