Battery drain cure for FSX

Post by Paul K »

I don't know whether anyone here is plagued by the problem of batteries going dead before pre-start checklists are completed ( not a problem here - I don't follow checklists ) but I thought I would bring this little utility to everyone's attention just in case.

Here's the thread on the Aerosoft forums...

You get the usual warnings about 'trusted software' when you start FSX up, and thereafter the utility can be found in the Add Ons drop down menu.

By the way, If you use Hotmail, you might find it filters out the download link email as spam, so have a look in the Junk folder.

I think the battery problem can also be cured with FlusiFix, but with more options to tweak-a-plenty :cpu: http://www.wolfgang-picheta.de/

I know the registered FSUIPC will cure the battery drain problem. See the 'Miscellaneous' tab.
