Attention Rick - Herald on Avsim

Browsing Avsim this morning, I came accross this -

dart_herald_pp-sdl.zip, by Diogo Luiz Ceccon

It states that it includes the model. A zip dive shows that the text file -

FSDS 2 Herald/FSDS2 Herald work in progress release 2.0.txt

is Rick's.

Is Rick aware of this and is it OK for the model and panel to be included?

Have asked for it to be removed by the uploader but no reply so far.

not too worried as it's only a repaint (but thanks for the "heads up")

not a hack

Just thought you should be aware.
I don't understand why the guy can't just post the repaint. He can always reference the original files.
