How do you run GPL on XP?

Post by Nigel H-J »

OK, not an FS problem but I know some on here have Grand Prix Legends, just been given it by a friend who had long since got rid of his computer. He used to play it on Windows 98 but when I loaded it and tried to start the game it went straight back to desktop!!

Any-one can give me any advise on this? Also are there any other patches required and if so where would I get them?

Many thanks in advance

Regards
Nigel.

Really used to love that game, not that I was ever any good at it. Just wish I still had a copy

Used to love that game. Was always at the 'ring trying to get my laptimes down. I had all the GPLEA tracks and cars :) Fave used to be the 48v 312 Ferrari and the Eagle-Weslake :P
The little Brabham although lacking in speed was a cracker little handler :)
