Just got my last flight in a Viking flagged as cheating due to suspicious fuel, looking at the flight report I can see nothing wrong and fuel burn is about spot on for the length of route with a Viking.
Any ideas why it did this?

Re: Latest flight cheat
Hi Richard
I couldn't say for sure but I think this one will get by the FSA Admin. Some short flights on bigger aircraft look suspicious to the system and although I've not seen one logged for suspicious fuel.. you may lose pax. When the flight has been done a couple of times in quick time.. the route is recognised as bonafide and you get your pax back.
Can't personally see what was wrong with that flight of yours. You bought 100kg and used 116kg which is neither here nor there. Keep an eye on it as will I but I can't see there being a problem ;-)

Hi Richard,
The checking system at FSA does sometimes throw these short/low fuel burn flights up but as you said the fuel was spot on. Flight has been reviewed and accepted as OK.
Regards
John

Thanks for that, glad it is sorted. Is there a reason why that G-AJCE is now in for maintenance at Ostend? It has only done a few flights and the Status is high. I am currently stranded there until it comes out of maint.

Hi Richard,
Take in the sights and have a walk on the beach until the mechs get their fingers out!

Re: Latest flight cheat
Hi Richard..
I noticed the landing was a bit heavy but didn't check the status as none of the Vikings are particularly low. I didn't put it into maint so I'm not sure what's going on

Re: Latest flight cheat
yeah the landing wasn't to my usual standard i'm afraid a big bounce, not sure how I did it, still it doesn't give a reason for the maintenance.
edit: I don't know if you or John have done anything but I am now able to book a flight with it.

Re: Latest flight cheat
Hi Guys,
I hadn't noticed it wasn't available for booking, I've freed it up now. Some new code has been added which automatically grounds an aircraft if a fuel cheat is detected. I'm guessing the release code hasn't been sorted properly but the guys know about it now and I'm sure they'll fix it soon.
