EFTS Chipmunk
Evening all,
I used to have a copy of the paintkit that Rick did for his Chippy, but unfortunately, through various renewing of PC's have managed to mislay it so could I please ask:
If anyone has a copy of the paintkit would they be willing to send me a copy? If yes then I won't have to ask the second question which is......
If no one does or won't, would anyone be willing to reproduce a paint of one of the Chippy's used by the Elementary Flying Training Squadron at Swinderby during the late 80s?

In decent anticipation, I thank you
Daryl

Re: EFTS Chipmunk
I take it by Pond you mean CBF? If that is the case then I have hunted to no avail for the said item, using variations on chipmunk and paintkit; oh well if that is the case then I shall have to bite the bullet and start one from scratch - but as one last appetiser to anyone who does have the kit, I do have the badge available in both psd and psp format................sounding good??

Cheers all

Re: EFTS Chipmunk
delbydoo..
The Pond (CBF) can be a bit odd with what it chucks up sometimes and this is well known by the team over there who have done a sterling job in trying to get the search a bit more reliable. I'll see if I can find it for you ;-)
EDIT..
Not really surprised.. more disappointed but I can't find it either. It doesn't appear under either Paintkit.. Paint Kit (there are differences in the result) or Rick Piper or Chipmunk. Some things turned up on these searches that weren't expected so it may well be there but the correct syntax is lost on me I'm afraid

Re: EFTS Chipmunk
WHAT paint kit?! :o
I may be wrong (
), but I'm sure I've asked Rick a couple of times in the past and he told me there was no paint kit (please, please correct me if I'm wrong). Therefore the repaints I've done were all based on the existing schemes. I've just done another couple... but they'd be much improved if there were a paint kit.
In either case, I eagerly await the native FSX model... bump maps and all...
