The Big Boys made me do it!

Sometimes.. something takes your fancy. Personally.. I blame Tonks

One redeeming factor.. my version isn't full glass ;-)

Model is the payware CLS A300-600R (wrong version for G-CEXC I know but there isn't A B4-103F in their release) but you have to go with what you have ;-)

Cheers Matey

It's worth pointing out that the PK for this model is an odd one and some clarification was required by a certain Mr Russell before I dared continue  It's not quite finished yet btw. I need to add the underwing reg, the Euro Flag and the wording 'eurofreighter' to either side of the nose ;-)

Note to UK Flightsim team..
Not sure where you got your reference material for CEXJ from but I can't find a shot of her painted like that. Check out Airliners.net.. search for aircraft registration.. G.. and go to page 77. It may not be immediately obvious but if you look long enough, you'll see what I mean ;-)

Must say I'm not overly keen on the livery :dunno:

But, I am starting to take note of the general shape of that Airbus.... :dunno:

Must be since I saw the all over grey

I know what you mean Jim  We have 5 of these little tinkers on the VA which are sitting around doing nowt .. BMZK, ZL, NC which are B2 pax and CEXC, XI which are B4-103F and B4 203F respecively. I fancied flying a bit of freight around and the options for XC and XI are Channex or TNT. I had enough trouble converting the 600R to 103F Channex :o The TNT livery is rather more striking but a whole pile more difficult!
In all honesty, I can't tell the difference between any of em in the air other than the baby, the 340 and the 380

HI Dave

Yup.... I used to know the difference with the engine sounds as to A/C origin... as they are much of a muchness - these days they are either sounding similar, Boeings are rarer, or my aural skills are diminishing

I did have the Eurowings pack including the babybus for FS8, but haven't had one out since then :worried:

Sounds like the VA needs to try and sell off it's underutilised assets! Trade-in for some extra brit-jets? ;-)

Don't worry Dave. There is not a lot of difference ;-)

The B2,B4 is range really the 600 has the rear end of a 310 and changes to the wing.

Jim....overall grey one..that is a 330 :o ..that is very different :o

You had me worried Jim :worried:

Have Specsavers still got their offer on??????

Seriously..The 330 is a highly developed varition of a theme and the 340 a four engined version of the 330, or the other way round.

There is probably little in common but they do have much the same general appearance. |-)

I doub't if there is much in common between the latest 737 and the first off the line either.

Oh for the old days :-(

Oh and I like that livery more than TNT which I think garish  .......this is simple and clean :)

I know Dave had to work hard to get it to look just right with texture distorting and logo and type sourcing and the result is well worth the effort. :welldone:
