Make sure your PC has the grunts to run it, it is a FPS killer for some reason. I have London and NYC by the same producers and they are fine, but for some reason SF is a struggle. I have an Intel I7 920 processor with 6Gb DDR3 ram and a Radeon 9850. OS is Vista 64.

I love these flight sim city scapes..Hong Kong, NY, and now San Francisco. The only problem is that having bought them, you might feel compelled to confine your flying to that area so you get your money's worth. Once I get my new computer ( this autumn for sure, and hang the expense ) I'm going to get VFR London, because I'd like to develop the home counties/south and west with add-on airfields...places like Elstree, Popham, Booker ( no relation, I'm sure ) Old Sarum, and so on. VFR London would be the centre piece for all that.

That looks fantastic. However my dated PC would almost certainly struggle with a product of that magnitude and no doubt would become the Frisco slide show.
