More masterpieces......

Post by Trev Clark »

.....the subjects, that is not the paintings!!!!!

A couple more of paintings, currently stuck on a shelf, for want of a frame

The old Boscombe Bev making her final landing and a Mk1a Lighting climbing at max power to intercept a 'bogey'.

I have a few more, if anybody is interested, just have to take a photo of them!

With the Beverly painting one might imagine the skylarks singing on the airfield boundary, or perhaps it was a Wednesday afternoon (sports afternoon when I served) an willow and leather are battling for the interstation trophy. Tremendous atmosphere in that painting.

Why not enter those into the Guild of Aviation Artists annual show in The Mall Gallery, London, UK?

Thanks for the kind comments guys, here are two more.

The 'pig' is in Malaya colours of 52sqn in 1964. The dayglo was added as a way of spotting the aircraft if it had to 'land' in the jungle! It is also a crap photo, sorry :$
The other painting (Gladiator in pre war scheme) is my first attempt at acrylics on paper (easier to fit in a cheap frame) and need proper mounting to do it justice. As far as re-paints in MSFS goes, I just wish I could use a real brush rather that a PC, it does not seem that any 'talent' is interchangeable in the mediums!!
