Wot.. no pax??

Post by DaveB »

Hi John :)

An open question here in case any other pilots see similar. My last 3 flights.. EGGP-EGBB (DH89), EGBB-EGGP (DH89) and EGGP-EGAA (Lanc) have carried no passengers despite there being (seemingly) thousands of pax available at both Brum and Liverpuddle. I've taken suitable revenue off cargo (suspicious on the DH89) on each flight but odd that I've not had a single passenger.

Any ideas??

Dave, just notice my last couple of flights show no pax as well as a yours and Andrews and i know there were passengers available for mine so not sure what is going on here. Flights have made some revenue from the cargo though.

Hi Guys,

This should be fixed now. TF is now being calculated differently so all fares will show standard for the route as opposed for the aircraft. Because the fares were set higher than standard for the route we were 'overcharging' and driving the pax away. Fares have been reset to 100% for the route so we should get the pax. Will have to check and see if the revenue gets calculated correctly.

Also, above the fuel graph on the flight reports you will see start fuel (before refuelling) and end fuel. Please keep an eye on these to see if they look right. You may see a 2kgs error on occasion but hopefully no more.

Regards

John

Hi John :)

I think I understand that :worried: I know how it used to work if a route was at a higher price but thought TF had got around this as I've been constantly getting the right pax on the Lancastrian. Will keep an eye on it anyway ;-)

Rgr on the fuel too. I've noticed the odd kg dropping off here and there as it used to with FlyNET at one stage.

Morning Chaps,

I seem to have arrived here a little late ( what's new?).
I did notice this yesterday but thought that news of my landings was getting to our virtual Pax. or I put it down to ticket prices and available pax numbers (didn't think to ckeck :doho: )

Still theres nothing wrong with freight, at least it never complains and still earns the dosh.

Good to hear it's been fixed though.

Will also keep an eye on the fuel, I usually check the amount I bought and as Dave said, it's normally within 2Kgs.

Cheers
