DVD decoder

Post by Kevin Farnell »

Sorry, if this is a little off topic.

I've just built my Dad a new PC, following the recomended components from CustomPC for a budget computer.
It's not inteneded for gaming/flightsim, but it does seem to be pretty good.
I want to test it, before he receives it and thought of watching some DVD's.
These won't play, with Windows Media Player 11 saying that I need a DVD decoder plugin. Does anyone know if there is a good freeware version available?

Cheers

Kevin
