Hi Guy's..

I was chatting to one of the One-Eleven chaps at Brooklands a couple of weeks ago and he mentioned a birthday party for the aircraft, ex crews and workforce which, if I'm not mistaken, is today at Hurn!! If the plan outlined to me works.. there will be an arrival at Hurn of the Boscombe One-Eleven.

Sri for forgetting it until now. It was NigelC's post in the main forum that poked the old memory banks into life!
EDIT.. these events are always closed to the general public I'm afraid but they can't stop you watching the aircraft land and takeoff ;-)

AFAIK there are three still flying in the UK :think:

Sadly not often seen in public and perhaps involved in testing they don't fly often at all. :-(
