Brunters this Sunday (25th)

Post by Chris558 »

Cold war Jets open day.

From the TVOC site....
STOP PRESS!

It has been confirmed that XH558 will be taking part in the Show; she will be moved out from her hangar to Pan 1 and will be carrying out static ground demonstrations on two occasions during the day!

Fast taxy runs by all of the resident aircraft, including the Victor, Comet, Lightnings, Canberra, Buccaneer, Jet Provosts, Iskra and Hunter
I may well be there, anyone planning going?

Rain isn't all that bad ;-)

Mind you, I was pretty miserable that day. It was only really worth it for that shot, so unless you're a photographer, or have an umbrella, then it's not the best of ideas to stand there all day!

Chris, while I would DEARLY love to go, the distance is going to be a little too much. That said, I'd buy you a virtual pint if you got some good shots of the Canberra fast taxy runs. CHEERS
