Viscount Problem

Post by stegs »

Can anyone help me out here? After a reload of FS9 and all the add-ons I've got a problem with Ricks Viscount
FS is telling me I've got 99% fuel but the fuel gauges are telling me otherwise.

As usual I've probably missed something fundamental.

HELP

I'll even promise to leave some fuel in for the next pilot :)

You'd better too!!

Steve.. check to see if you have an old version of that cab loafing around.. either in your panel folder or in the main gauges folder and make sure you only have one instance.. the newer one of course ;-) . I've had odd things happen in the Viscount and for this very reason.

Sorted thanks Dave.
You were spot on. I'm not sure whether it was an old cab or the wrong one but a new
download did the trick.

Cheers

Hi Steve..

Excellent ;-) When I had the problem, it manifested itself as a rather odd looking panel window and on approach to EGCC, my main gear wouldn't come down :o :o The latter may well have been a FlyNET induced error but I couldn't take the risk. Had a search around and found an old version of the cab ;-)

Wet too mate. I got a nice drenching going there this morning.. infact my jacket was still wet when I put it on to come home. The sun had been out for a few hours too
